Horse Riding - Horses and Gullfoss - Geysir

The Icelandic horse is a symbol of its country’s natural forces. This tour gives you a taste of it all. Join a ride of 1½ - 2 hours through lava fields and across beautiful hillsides. View rough lava fields and look for different formations in the lava, maybe you will be able to spot a troll or two. After the ride you drive to Thingvellir National Park and continue to the fascinating Geysir hot spring area and beautiful Gullfoss waterfall. You return to Reykjavík in the late afternoon.

We welcome individuals, families and all kinds of groups who want to enjoy themselves outdoors. The facilities offer people an easy way to enjoy our horses and the experience of our staff will ensure the safety of all our guests.

Departures
Daily at 10:00. Transfers from hotels and guest houses to the Riding Center start 8:30.

Included in package
Transfers to and from the Riding Centre, horse riding as per itinerary, riding helmets, rubber boots, and rainwear or a warm outfit during the ride. English and Scandinavian speaking guidance. Sight-seeing or other activities as per itinerary. Please note that you cannot take any backpacks or bags with you on the ride but there are safety boxes at the Riding Center where you can store your valuables.
