Tandem Paragliding Adventure Day Tour - PG01
Experience Iceland from a stunning new perspective

While we introduce you to the wonders of free flight you will experience Iceland from a stunning new perspective; the bird’s eye view. Our tours are based on the freedom of flight, so we will go where the winds take us. This tour is for the open minded and flexible adventurer. Are you?

Rough Tour Plan, absolutely subject to change:
8:30 You're picked up and head south in a 4x4. Around 10:00 we stop at Kambar to admire the view and possible take-off. Afterwards we continue eastward and stop at Skógafoss waterfall, where it may also be possible to paraglide – above and beyond the dropping water before eating our packed lunch.
At 15:00 we will find ourselves at Vík í Mýrdal where there are various amazing locations for paragliding, stunning scenery and endless sightseeing options.
Around 17:00 we will head back to Reykjavik in a leisurely fashion with more stops for possible paragliding and sightseeing, for example at Seljavallalaug natural geothermal pool or Raufarhólshellir – Iceland's third largest lava tube cave.
Other awesome possible destinations:
South West Iceland: Festarfjall, Herdísarvík, Hlíðarendi, Þingvellir, Laugarvatn, Fljótshlíð, Þorlákshöfn black sand dunes (beach), Húsafell, Hraunfossar, Lundareykjardalur.
You will experience some or all of the following:
Mystic waterfalls, hidden caves, volcanic rock formations, glowing green moss spreads, black desert, glaciers, volcanoes, boiling earth pools, drinking water straight from the spring.
The not so small print:
First lesson of aviation: due to weather changes we can never guarantee a flight. We will, however, do our oh-so-very-best to get you airborne. Hence, our destination for each tour is flexible and can change without warning or hesitation. We do guarantee stunning sights, mysterious natural wonders in the middle of nowhere, local foods, lots of laughs and adventure.
