Our puffin tours will take you to the small islands, which are close to Reykjavik harbor, combining spectacular scenery and a host of cute and fascinating birds. We use a small boat, ensuring that we can get really close to these amazing and adorable birds. This combined with the knowledge of our expert guides, guarantees an educational and fun experience, ideal for families and pretty much everyone else!
There are a variety of different departure times throughout the day, ensuring that you can see all the incredible wildlife that lives in Iceland, while still having enough time to do other things!
9 a.m. departure - The earliest departure time is 9 in the morning, where after three hours whale watching, you will have around 15 minutes to jump on board our puffin watching boat, which departs at 12:30, but don’t worry, if you miss it, we will make sure that you get on the next available tour.
10 a.m. departure - Then there is the 10:00 departure for those who want a more efficient whale watching tour: it is an express service, which will take you to the whale watching area more quickly, arriving back at the same time (12:15), meaning that you have enough time to catch the 12:30 puffin boat departure.
12:20 a.m. departure - Finally, you can do the tours in reverse, going on the puffin boat tour at 12:30, before returning at around 13:30 and heading out on an express whale watching tour at 14:00.
