Icelandic nature is the inspiration for the decor where the interaction between lava, moss, fish skin and basalt columns is very prominent.
Hrefna Rósa Sætran and Guðlaugur P. Frímannsson are members of the Icelandic National Culinary Team and are known for the strong emphasis they place on using ingredients sourced directly from the nation’s farms.
Their cuisine is sometimes described as “traditional Icelandic with a fresh and surprising twist.”
